I can click on a real audio .rm link on a webpage and listen to it on my M600i. Many internet radiostations uses .rm files but I some sites packs them into a Real Audio smil file .smi and this file is not recognized.
Is there any program that does recognize these files?

..It really doesn't support that? Wow. It's the kind of thing the usual mobile- developers would be fighting to develop - a tiny gui- interface based on a perfectly standard xml- tag - that would brim over with ads and web- content that would hang the media- player..
If you can, try to download the smil file and open it - the current clip, at least, should be inside the source- tag. Could of course be there's some sort of trick with cookies to prevent you from accessing the content without hitting some sort of button, or loading an ad, and so on, but it might be possible.

Hi Nipsen,
I sent the file over to the PC and that was really a simple format. I could extract the media urls from the file and enter them in the media player but that is really annoying.
Can you somehow force the UIQ3 texteditor to open it as a textfile?

yeah, it's xml.. Usually it's just a link to a picture with the frequency - but the smil- format isn't restricted to that, so maybe there's something about a licence that makes commercial software a bit difficult to develop.. SE really should have had enough foresight to include this in their media- viewer, though..
Anyway. I'm not sure. Maybe x-plore or swissmanager has some sort of foce file- type assignment? ...I haven't tried it myself, but x-plore (lonelycatgames, free) at least has an internal viewer, so that might work.
