Ok i have a nationwide car that says smart on it and link, but i can't seem t register it on paypal because it doesnt fit under the card categories. Is there any other way i can send money using paypal?

thats an under 18 account isn't it? and thats just an ATM card which certainly wont be usable on paypal

yeah unfortunatly, coz i could really use a paypal account. The thing is, maybe a year or 2 ao im sure i remember buying stuff with paypal...
