hi, ive scoured through most of the previous posts with this common problem with the auto lens cover not opening when taking a photo/video..

but i dont seem to find any solutions posted in it... just lots of complaints and angry comments...

so all i wanna ask is:
1) is there a simple solution to this? (ie, shutting down the phone, using master reset)
2) if there isn't then i assume the only solution is to replace the phone?

I get this problem where i press the on button for the camera and it comes up with "another application is in process" but switching camera off and on again (the i.t solution) solves it.

hmm, i dont have that 'application in progress' issue but it was working yesterday...

ive tried
1) shutting down and restarting phone
2) master resetting (settings only)
3) master resetting (entire phone [there goes my $50 worth of dlded games])
4) switching from video to camera
5) switching on and off the lens light
5) meddling with almost every function in the camera/video with the hopes to hear that unmistakable 'ziiiip' sound

doesnt work
