> K800i turn on error

I have had my K800i for about 1 years now and it has been working without any problems. When I looked at the screen today the screen was only white. I have tried re-starting the phone, however it only comes up with a totally white screen. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Yes, I did an update right now with SEUS and it did find an update, and I installed it successfully, however still only a white screen when I power it on

Now you can choose Main and Filesystem files,
and alter other settings.
Is it 2+5 or "C" (Since it says: Connect your phone, pressing "C") that I should press? If its 2+5 why I'am I getting that error?
If its "C" when do I do after "Now you can choose Main and Filesystem files,
and alter other setting" ?
