Well... they work, but I prefer the original SE accessory that has the mic built in.

I believe the ideia is to use a propper headphones for music.
I recommend the active noise canceling Creative NH-700. Good quality for the price. When you hear te bass of these babes you will throw the SE accessories over the window. And the noise canceling really works!

Hey Lau, ya I know... but I prefer the

version, it has a 3.5mm jack as well, but with the mic and answering button.
I use Shure IEMs, or full size AKG headphones...not the

buds.

Hello,
I would beware of which vendor you buy it from. As most of these are made in China, the worksmanship is kind of shoddy. I bought mine and it didn't last for more than 2 weeks before the line came out of the head (I had gotten sticky goo over it and was cleaning it and before I knew it a slight tug pulled the line out). I later took it all apart and examined the adapter. It basically has 3 wires (very thin, probably 26 AWG) soldered to the connector with nothing really to hold it in place, so anything more than a light tug could break the connection.
Another thing is the volume. Sony designed the output of these cell phones for earphone use, so if you are expecting to hook this up to your stereo system, or use it in your car, forget about it. The volume is just too low and you'll end up maxing your car stereo volume.
Hope this helps ^^
