Hello,

I've been using SEUS for some time to update my phones (K800i and K610i). Two days ago I ran SEUS, it checked for update and downloaded something. Then - as usual - I turned off my K800i, pulled the battery out and in, pushed C button and connected USB cable. My PC found a new device "SEMC Flash Device", but after a while I got a standard Windows message, that there was a problem installing device and it may not work properly. I tried connecting both phones a few times, restarting PC, even uninstalling SEUS and PC Suite and installing it again and I had the same all over again. So I downloaded USBFlash Driver and manually installed it. Then I ran SEUS and it was ok. I wanted to check if everything is going to be allright now. So I ran SEUS again and connected the phone and the problem came back. It looks like current version of SEUS has some new USB Flash driver that overwrites manually installed (older version) USB Flash driver and this new version causes problems. Did You experienced anything like that and did You find any solution? Or we have to just wait for next version of SEUS? Where can I write about this problem to attract SE attantion (I think local SE office in Poland won't do anything to fix it)?

How did you install Flash drivers manually ? When I connect my phone to my PC, I get "SEMC Flash Device", and I can't upgrade the drivers, my PC says it's allready OK, but it's still with a " yellow ?" on my device...

download the drivers from EMMA and install them manually. how? download the driver, decompress it and right-click on every .inf file and then click install. it will install the drivers.

Are those the usb Flash drivers and not just ordinary usb drivers for the phones? (At Emma site)

OK, thanks, but it still don't work...
I've try to install Flash device on a computer when I never install SE mobiles driver, and with the driver I've got, it work the first time !
Then, I guess I have to uninstall the drivers on my PC, and maybe, when I reboot it, I can install them and make them work
Do you know how can I uninstall USB flash device on my PC, because my computer say I've got the last driver (I don't know how, maybe with SEUS or SE PC suite...), and then I can't install the correct USB flash device for my K800i
