Only just joined these forums, so sorry if this has been asked and answered before. I recently procured myself the K850i on Orange. I had no problems with the phone in initial usage, but one ot two problems have manifested themselves since.
When recieving text messages, every so often the phone tells me that the sms memory is full, even when I have just emptied it.
I'm also having the flash/picture not working simultaneously problem, although not all the time.
I'm assuming both of these problems are firmware problems, but the SEUS tells me that I have the latest version of software installed, so no joy there. I'm guessing that SE know about these problems and are working on or have already released a firmware update, so how the hell do I get it, if indeed it does already exist??
Having run the engineers wotsit to bring up the software version, I get the following:

I'm on Orange, but the phone has no visible signs of being branded by them, so I'm assuming it's unbranded. How do I check whether it's branded or not?? On my K800, it was simple, underneath the screen there was a bloody great icon that said "3".
It's a marvellous bit of kit, but these little niggles are really starting to annoy, help me, please...........
One more thing......... If you're going to reply to my post, please do so in idiot proof language, jargon is lost on me..........
