hope am posting in correct forum.. anyway am curious.. when surfing web from mobile in se asia ip address showed as being in europe ? not using proxy ip as far as I know.. any ideas ? thanks

you are using opera mini and this is showing a norwegian IP adrdress because of the way opera mini works

ahh ok.. thanks was wondering as it ended up causing a site not to pay due to the proxy ip will email that info to the sites owner. thank you
