W910i...great phone. The problem lies with the Media manager application on the supplied software cd. I have loaded Media manager and every time I click to open it I get a "encountered an error, need to close" message. I checked and double checked that I have all the system requirements, but it still doesn't open.
I have deleted and downloaded from the Sony Ericsson site, still no joy. Last time I was on the site, Media manager has been taken off and it now says PC Suite contains it, which of course it doesn't.
I can still get music on to the phone using Disc to Phone from my old W810i, but it doesn't have the same capabilities.
Anyone else had the same problem? How did you solve it?
