Hiya...i just got a SE W910i and am having a few problems...although not as many as most people i have read about.
My only problem is the "operation failed" message when i try to install or access games.
I also had a problem with sending texts to loads of people at one time...i had to try several times for this to work properly...and i still dont think everybody i wanted to txt got the message.
What i was wondering was how a master rest effects my phone...i am on an orange contract and dont know if a master reset does anything to mess with my contract stuff....im new to contract phones...

If you do a master reset and choose reset all then it will delete all your games.
Best thing to do is send your phone back and get a replacement

Im not sure if i will need a replacement...im not having most problems that others seem to be having...i'll defiently go back to orange and have a word with them tho
