Can anyone help me...I cant update my P1i firmware...everytime i click UPDATE SERVICE icon on my screen...it keep telling me incompatible version macromedia...
I re-install my macromedia flash player several time with version 9...but still face the same problem....
Can anyone help me....or link me direct to P1i latest firmware so that i can download to my phone...
Another thing, i master reset my P1i...than i found all the ringtones in the phone..gone...why this happen?
Please help me

When you master reset you remove all supplied media and apps that came installed by SE. If you search the net you should find links to them so you can put them back.
As to your seus problem it has been encountered many times before. Search the forums. The answer is out there!
