I dont know if this is a bug but wen u install applications the default folder is the tools folder but u can then move it2different folders... The thng is, that after u install a new application, all ur apps u moved2 other folders all go back 2the tools folder...
Is this a bug?

When you want to install the applications, are you copying the .sis or .jar files to your phone first using "File Transfer" mode? In this case when you unplug your phone from USB, all applications stored in your Memory Stick will revert back temporarily to "Tools" folder (this is normal in UIQ 3, sadly...). A simple reboot will restore them back to their original place.
