Does this have any cracked buttons? - quite a common issue with the older models even though it doesn't really affect usability.
Which network was it on before? Any branding in the phones software?

was on o2 is open to all networks cant see any branding in there was wallpapers etc but have long been deleted no cracked buttons

I used to have one of these phones and they are really good. Not worth £70 though.
I don't think these have an issue with cracked buttons as they are made of a sort of rubber.
