I was cleaning it and it got scratched to the cloth I used some how
its a small scratch and is not visiable unless light hits the multicote and colors it up. Will small scratch's like this effect picture quality

It shouldn't do, it uses the same module as the W810i, and I've had a couple of those where the multicoating has been almost completely worn off. In those cases there was a bit more flare in the pics, but the small scratch on your camera lens shouldn't cause you any problems.

Lens flare - it's where something very bright, like a reflection will have more of a 'flared' halo type thing round it which can spoil a photo.
I'm sure someone will be along shortly with a slightly more scientific explanation!
