Reading bout the phones 4u on mobile today i was quering once they receive their basic salary how much do they get via staff commissions via a sale, and how much do the operaters pay the business any rough estimates?

A fair bit, often more than alot of other places, hence the 'cracking of the whip' attitude they get from the managers (they get even larger payouts for targets hit).
