Yesterday I tried to upgrade in carphone to a BB 8120 on Orange, but your "Pie" system won't let people upgrade within 3 months no matter what the network says, so I get onto Orange Exec and get it sorted so that I take a new contract on my current tariff "Dolphin 35" and they swap my number over and cancel my old contract. my question is....

http://shop.carphonewarehouse[....]LY=N#blackberry-8120-pearl-red i should have been given £100 auto cash back, but the sales person I got the phone from said it was a cheque back? who is lying? Online or the sales person?
also, he didn't give me a receipt, all I got was the Orange CIF.
Am I entitled to the £100? if so how do I claim it as I don't have a receipt?
