Here's what I'm doing Trance,

1. Launch XS++
2. Connect (DCU-65) cable to PC, then to my phone
3. Click 'Connect' button
4. The message appear and says 'Turn off the phone','Hold C and connect phone' ..(30secs)
5. So I will turn off my phone and remove from cable
6. Hold C (Do I need to turn it on before hold 'C'?), connect cable to PC-Phone
7. Phone will boot and choices are 'File Transfer', 'Phone Mode', and 'Print'
8. Then application cannot detect my phone, it 'Failed'.

Please tell me what to do.. I want to customize my phone. Thnnks

- turn off the phone
- press(and hold) C key on the phone
- connect the cable to the phone
- the computer will detect a new hardware

then use the driver that you downloaded.

note: the driver is compressed, you need to decompress it.
