Does anyone know why my w580i Sony Ericsson does not recognize songs that have been purchased from itunes? Is there any way for my phone to play those songs, is there some program i have to get to convert the songs? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the reason is these files are protected by apple....but sry i dont know any solutions....

Actually if you burn the songs to cd, then rip mp3's from the CD, you can then play them on your phone. Simple.

Or if you dont want to waste your blank cd's burn the tunes to a virtual drive as mp3's on your pc & then copy them back again.
Or you could just get the so called wonderful I Phone ha ha ha
I only ever use I tunes as a last resort if I cant get the tune / mp3 I want anywhere else.

Hi all,
I don't purchase any Music online any longer but i have to say as a piece of Software for controlling and storing music IMO iTunes is very good and easy to use and great for downloading Podcasts. It sure beats the living daylights out of Sony's Connect that's for sure IMO.

Any software/service tainted by Sony usually has DRM all over it. Sony DRM = shitty bloatware that beings your computer to it's knees.
