Is it possible to make international video calls yet? I mean can any of the UK networks do it?
I want to make a videocall to an Etisalat mobile in Abu Dhabi (UAE) from either a O2 or T-Mobile phone.

have you called your network in the UK to find out if they can do it? They would be the best people to talk to, to get the answer to your question.

I think that's not possible,
you can only make a videocall if your operator has some kind of agreement of interconnections to the country you are trying to call to.

I live on dominican republic, if you wanna test your video call with me feel free to ask via pm, so we can share numbers.
I tested the videocall with users in italy (TIM) since i'm italian.
I use Claro 3G here.

I think it depends on the country you are also calling to. If on UK you can call but in UAE, if the telecom doesn't permit to call outside or received an outside call then it will not work.
