cant get any videos pictures or ringtones through media key, but can get them through my files, any suggestions

hey there mate! i didnt personally see the phone, but maybe you got to manuaaly refresh the Media Player memory, like in most phones. Checkout the OPTIONS button and look for something like Refresh Memory or something. M planning to get th phone myself. Good luck mate!

Patience is a virtue. All you have to do is open the Media menu up and wait for a few minutes - it has to load the files.
