I added an O2 browsing bolt-on that started the start of this month, for 200mb, I have not exceeded it and yet O2 have charged me £80 for Wap usage... please tell me thisis a mistake?

unless people on this forum have access to your o2 account and can check your billing data, then you will find an answer to this question here, otherwise you are best calling o2 to find out why you have been charged.

You can either call 202 free from your mobile or you can call 0870 241 0202 from a landline

Hope you get it sorted mate

I sent an email last night to them... it all ok, they added the bolt on, but due to a system error removed it the next day. So they've refunded me, not showing on my bill yet though, but thank you everyone for your help =D. Its a big relief to find the bill isnt £232.
