> International Warranty?

Many years ago, SE (or was it just Ericsson?) provided International warranty for all it's phones.
Is the warranty still international?
I am thinking of asking my sister in Belgium to bring an W880i to India. Would the warranty be valid and for how long?
What's the definitive answer?

SE warranty is ONLY within the country of purchase UNLESS you bought the phone within the EU in which case you can get support in any other country within the EU where the phone is available and supported.

in short; 'no'
when bought in EU you get support in EU
when bought in USA you get support in USA
when bought ...

Does it mean if the phone was bought in Germany I can get support in Croatia? I guess not.

It must have been only Ericsson that gave the international warranty in the good old days.
I don't think any manufacturer now give international warranty.
Thanks for all the information.
