> Cant access to SMS folder on K850i

Now, I cant send, received and not even able to access to the SMS folder now. when i click on inbox, it show me " Operation Failed ".. i tried to go sent message folder, it show me the same error message.
CAn any one suggest something? Sigh....

Save everything mate and do a master reset of all settings
That might do the trick. Works with some phones with that problem and then again not with others. If it dont work get in contact with your network and get a replacement

And the master reset works. But only do reset settings and not reset all.

my friend had the same problem, and then he couldnt get into his contacts too. I had to reflash his phone with the latest software to get it to work again. He tried master reset and that worked for a bit then it went back to normal again. Thats when i had to reflash it for him

i believe this is firmware issue but unfortunately new firm still havent available... wont be able to update now
