Hi,
my w810i auto restart in every 3 or 4 minutes, but I don't know what's problem,
I reset to factory default it manually, but problem exist still,
Can every one help me,

then he did something wrong with it. take out the memory stick(in case it's in) and leave it for 3 or 4 minutes to see if it doesnt restart.

I leave ms2, but still restarted,
Some times I play an MP3 or a video, It's restart and let back to Walkman and resume play them,
But in some restarts, It's being turned off
