i am trying to update the firmware of my k810 using SEUS. I downloaded seus from the SE site and installed it. when running SEUS the first time, it downloads the updated components for SEUS, thereafter it stalls at the white screen with the SE logo and the text "Checking for updates..." I left it on this screen for an entire night and the next morning it was still saying the same thing!
any help pls?!

Oh and if i try to close the app at this stage it says you cannot exit until the "application synchronization" is completed.

i tried to reboot, reinstall, everything

does SEUS work correctly with vista?

now it gets stuck at the green + white screen where cyou have to choose your language. After selecting English (UK), the mouse pointer turns into an hour glass and thats it
