N81 looks and feels large for a normal slide phone design, W960 is bigger, but since many would have percieve it as PDA phone first it turned to be quite small for that i haven't had a chance to held a W960 proto(wish i could have one ) i can't say which feels better beween the two (n81) but i'm disappointed with the toy-like look/feeling of N81
