Well i have a Sony Ericsson k800 and i have installed games etc, and now there are multiple versions of the same game on the phone and i cant even open any of them and also i get a white screen when i try to delete them and it restarts when i get the error of cannot delete the 5 versions of a game. Is there anyway to remove these? is there anyway just to clean the whole games files on the memory card, the card is a 512 M2 card. Its a real pain as there is like 100+ games in the folder and about 50 of them are the same games over and over. Anyway to clear these or just clean it? and would the master reset fix this or is that just a waste of time? what does it do? and whats does it remove and keep?

hi skitz,

use MyPhoneExplorer to backup important files from your phone memory and memory card, browse the link below.

http://www.fjsoft.at/download.php?id=1

once you have backup you may reset your phone:

Menu/Settings/Master Reset/Reset all.. do it at your own risk. Hope this will help. Goodluck

Thanks for the replies, But what is the deal with Flashing? I have never done anything like that before and wouldnt know the first step. What does it involve? how long does it take? and What will i lose. I know i must sound a bit dense but i have never had to flash a phone that i have had. And y is it called Flash? Thanks for all who reply. Any input is welcomed.

I had this bug, it was terrible lol.. i had more then 190 java games... and i had the operation failed bugged also when trying to delete, after doing a master reset many games were gone but some of them remained linked or shortcut on the phone multiple times and couldnt be deleted master reset didnt fix after i tried many times, i tried SEUS also many times didnt do anything, i used XS++ to browse for the multiple games and couldnt find anything i then deleted preinstalled games lol and messed the phone ever futher, but i used XS++ to flash the MAIN and FS and everything was ok like new!!! it was great

So i recommend you flash you phone main and fs to fix this problem

cheers
