i am using gmail imap with push mail.
but i cant send attachment....
is there any solve?

I think the IMAP server is to blame. Use POP3 and you'll have no trouble at all. At least, I have none.

Yes, set it to POP3. But that won't solve your problem entirely. From my experience, if I want to attach big files, I'd store it in my internal memory before I add it as an attachment. If I attach it from the ext mem, it won't get sent for some reason.
