or install ivc (internet video converter) on you pc...good freeware converter!

I frequently use http://media-convert.com to convert files a office. I am unsure if you can convert to 3GP on this website but it sure is useful!

EDIT: Ooops, I just noticed that your requirements were slightly different. My bad. That site is just a converter. I does not convert online Videos i believe.

No the converting is quite quick u put a subject in to search and it brings up the 3gp download links up to download.
