I succeded to connect P1i to my wireless network at my home. Is there any possibility to create a WAN hot spot on my P1i so that others can connect to my P1i wireless network ?

No, because your P1i is not a router, nor does it have an internet connection sharing possibility. You'll have to get a wireless router (that's the easiest way) to do that.

I think what you would need to do - though I have not tried it - is to connect the P1 to a PC as a modem over bluetooth or usb and use XP Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) to share that connection, if the PC has wifi you could connect to that in ad-hoc mode to use the P1 internet connection.

You can open your home WLan to allow others to use it, what you cannot do is use your p1 as a "mobile" hot spot, but say connecting your 3g internet and then allowing others to share it using a Ad-Hoc wlan connection. The other thing to remember is that even if you could use your p1 to share your wlan connection at home you'd only be able to do it while your p1 was in range of your wlan anyway, so anyone in range of your p1 would probably be in range of your wlan in any case.
