Hi,

Ever since P1i WG1 firmware:

Phone: CXC 162037 R9J005
Organizer: CXC 162108 R6F41
CDA: CDA 162022/1 R6F38

I have been somewhat unable to use Fring. I never properly used it before the update though. What I mean is, Before the update, I was at least able to make Fring to Skype calls. Never had tried to make skypeOut calls.

I upgraded the firmware, I then purchased some SkypeOut credit. Sometimes I am able to make a SkypeOut call, and sometimes not. I have not been able to find a pattern in which I am able to make a call though.

1. All Fring calls I'm trying or have tried are WiFi based.
2. I've tried with different distances to a router, there seems to be no difference with respect to distance.
3. 2/10 SkypeOut calls work.
4. Same results with different routers/accesspoint so firewall is likely not an issue.

One important thing to note is the first time I had installed Fring, I had the OEM firmware, and Fring told me to install 2 VOIP .sis files from them, aside from the main program. I did. After the update, I wasn't told to do that, and I got their software directly from my P1i, as opposed to getting it from the computer, as I had done the first time. Could this be the problem? Maybe I need those 2 files? or their Mobile site didn't update yet?

Any ideas or anyone experiencing this? I searched the forum and Google but I've seen nothing.
