hello everybody....
and here's my problem.....
my w610 is switching on with a white screen but it doesn't operate....
the truth is that i've tried all the usuall ways to fix it (like xs++, kkclient etc)
but none of these worked....
i don't know what else to do with it....
it's cid 52, and i live in athens (fw: r1jd001, mediter)
please, any ideas?

setool is a programm i have and if there is a possibility to fix it in a mobistore, i think i could do it myself too....
but.... HOW????

u shouldnt mess around with it if u have no experiences imo... let it done by experts and pay rather a bit for it

the white screen is a known bug, hopefully its just a fw bug and can be repared... is it a branded fone? did u downloaded lately any game or application?

glad to see so many answers...!!!!
the phone may had drop but i dont think that there was a dropping such as breaking soemthing...
and the screen turns white when i push the on/off button and sometimes the infrared is bliking....
i forgot to tell you that programms like xs++ or kulakendi recognize the phone. xs++ says "flash succesful" but then.... nothing....
and kulakendi proceeds the main and fs flashing but when it starts finalization says "error something"...
ps: it's not branded, it's only.... ericsson..!!!!
