Hi guys, just got a brand new Sony Ericsson W310i and the when I go to the camera the viewfinder just looks dark. When I capture the picture it captures a black square.

In essence the camera just doesnt work.

What could be the problem?

This is a brand new phone?

Would a flash help?

Or do you guys think its a camera problem?

W310 is the successor of W300.
please check the esato news or google for more info....
i suggest claiming the warranty in 1st case...
since it's brand new. there wont be much trouble changing it with a new 1..

AFAIK W300 successor is W380 and it's not out yet.
