> Why my mp4 doesn't show in K810

hi..just got a new k810, I convert either mvi and qt to mp4 but I only can hear the sound but I cannot see any picture.
Did I do something wrong or could you please tell me which method I need to use in order to watch a movie from my k810.

try low the bitrate of the video to 384KBPS and 96KBPS for Audio

thanks, what software do you use? to convert from avi, qt, wmv or any to mp4
I tried this mp4 converter but all of them seems the lowest is 512 for video.
can any one point me somewhere which one i should choose?
