how do u install or find them????? i dont quite get it but i have seen pics using them and they are wonderful! someone please help! have a new baby boy due sunday and i will need lots of pics for him!!so please help! just recieved my k550i and i love it!! thanks

I'd assume, if it is similar to many other SEs:

1. Plug the phone into your computer using supplied cable.
2. select "File transfer" mode on the phone - wait for phone to reboot
3. It should appear in My Computer as a removable disk. You can just drag and drop from the folder X:\\DCIM\\xxxxxxxx. X being the drive that the phone shows up as.

Unless someone with a K550 would like to shed some light on it...

i use a k550i .....my advice dont install the pc suite at all.it only creates more problems.try the following:
1 plug in phone using usb(always select file transfer)
2 insert the cd you got with your phone which includes drivers and the pc suite.If you don have this then download from sony ericsson website
3 Now if you are using windows xp then there will be pop ups regarding new device found ..........It will soon recognize your phone as a usb mass storage device and also your memory stick
4 a wizard will pop up which will ask you to install drivers select your cd-rom drive and go ahead
5 many installations will take place simultaneously and in the end the phone and the phone card will appear in my computer
