> W580i lights problem (

i love my w580i its a brilliant phone but now ive encountered my second problem in 2 weeks,
1st problem was it kept askin me to insert sim but ive fixed that now...kinda lol
2nd problem is, one of the lights on the side of the phone is staying red and never changing colour its been like this for about 4 days now
can anyone help?
