Removed these 256mb ram chips from my vaio a few days ago when I upgraded the ram to 1gb.
They have been my vaio since new and work fine.
Made by Infineon and are 333mHz

Open to offers on them but postage will be £3.20 (price of a padded envelope and postage cost via RMRD)
