I have found out about this problem I have, and was wondering if somebody else has the same issue(s).
If I make a "reminder" in my calendar, it dissapears! I haven't quite find out how or when nor why - it just does.

Case1: i mane an appointmend and a reminder, for tomorrow. I turn off the phone, then turn it back on: the appointment is still here, but the reminder is gone.

Case2: yesterday I went to bed past midnight (so it was already today). 1am. I've set a reminder and an appointment, reminder for 6:45 am and appointment for 10am. I didn't turn off my phone, I just left it there on the nightstand. In the morning - guess what - appointment is still there, but the reminder dissapeared. Just like that, no note, no nothing.

Has somebody similar issues or perhaps the solution to this problem?

Thanx!

I'm not saying there's a problem (didn't test it myself), but an imediate solution to this problem is: Never turn off the P1.
If you really need to, place it in flight-mode + silent.
Flight-mode spends so few battery that is almost like to being turned off.

That par I figuerd out, too
But the last one dissapeared from 1am (when I wrote it) till 6am (when I woke up) - and the P1 was on all of the time.

I just tried making an appointment and a reminder on my P1i a few hours ago to test the conditions you mentioned. I made 2 sets, 1 appointment and 1 reminder both on the same time, overlapping... and a 2nd set... one appointment, then a reminder after it. All 4 scheduled events went off without a hitch... all 4 are still on my P1i.

Reminders did not disappear.

Are you running the latest firmware? Are you running any 3rd party calendar app?

Latest FW - yes.
3rd party app - no.
The only problem I could think of is that I have a brown (developer's) P1, and it has some Swedish CDA. But it's the newest all on it:

phone: CXC 162037 R9J005
BT: 162143 R1D
Organiser: CXC 162108 R6F41
CDA: CDA 162024/92 R5A

Odd, I have reminders and events set for most days and have yet to encounter one disappearing. As you say it may possibly be related to the fact you have a brown phone. It would be interesting to see if someone else with one of these has the same troubles.

however i belive if the bug about reminders for some is ok i guess bugs will efect other part of the phone

example for me reminderss bug is ok not desapear buti note i got bug on the video call with the light on with the front small camera
when i try to turn light on phone say is on but does not give any light
while previous firmware (how i got phone) was working the light on, at the front of camera for video calls but sorry at that time i did not check the calendar

so what i mean the ones calendar working ok may have bug in other part of the phone

Have you tried formating the internal drive? Sounds like the part of the file system that saves reminders is somehow read only, and not being written to. A drive format should reset the file system to original settings. Make sure you backup any vital data first though as it will delete all your user data as you'd expect.

Yup. I actually got my friend to reinstall compete software - all apps 'n stuff, like SEUS. And nothing. He has the "normal" P1i, with that same identical software, and everything works fine.
