Well guys, thanks for all your answers to my questions. I had a good run with SE ever since K700i until W850i.

Just got myself an N95 8GB. Does just about all I need. Plus ever since W850i I've liked sliders.

So maybe next year when SE comes out with something good, I'll return. As for now next week I will sport my N95. I'll still post here and there, so if you'd like me to answer any N95 questions I'll be more than happy.

I notice you have got yourself a N95-8. Welcome to the N95-8 and ex SE supporter family

Now, what may be useful is to list out what you like and what you dont from using it. I have mine for about 1 month now. I find out that no matter how good N95-8 be it the screen, look or the smart UI, there's always a soft spot for SE Surprisingly there are some features I find easier to do in my other non smart phone devices

Anyway congrats and enjoy your fine gadget

congrats on your new purchase. My last SE device was w900i. I left se just because of their fastport connector design. It has failed me in all my se phones from k700, p910, k750, w800 and w900. Since then i vowed not to buy se till it changes its connectivity method to mini usb or something more reliable. But still i am here at esato for more infos and news about se. I dont even care about other companies not even nokia that there is something about se that keeps me interested.

Long live Nokia. Whenever i buy a Nokia the early firmware only has one or two glitches but SonyEricsson i have had endless trouble with their phones altogether i have returned over 10 models and all of them had problems so bad they became unusable.

Heh thanks, you guys are too much!

Yes there will always be a soft spot for SE in my *heart* heh. But seriously, just leaving SE for now. I'll probably come back, there is definitely something about the phones. Probably all that familiarity that stems from the same designs over and over. Just feels safe, just feels at home (too dramatic there).

Right away I can tell you what I'm not going to like, the buldge and weight. Also lack of flashlight application. Other than that, seems the postiives outweight the negatives.

I looked at it this way. I need a phone that I can use with AT&T (USA) bands and 3G, I need to upgrade from W850i, better screen, OS, etc. The N95 filled all these requirements. Even as a fanboy, SE just couldn't deliver what I needed.

But I probably will return down the line. For now its N95.

I think I feel likewise. There is this niftyness of SE that me hoping that one day they produce something good enough for me to go back to the homey feeling

I also like the torchlight therefore I keep my k750. I also realized no smilies for texting on N95

I am still learning to like my N95. Maybe it may wins me over or maybe not. I will keep an open mind
