I have just managed to upgrade my phone to:

Phone: CXC162037 R9J005
Bluetooth: CXC162143 R1D
Organiser: CXC162108 R6F41
CDA: CDA162024/92 R5A

Not sure what other people are running but the the new version is faster. Only time will tell of it is more stable.
