> W910 Walkman problems with music playback

Hi guys,
Has anyone else encountered problems with their w910 and the walkman software.
Yesterday when I was using it all the music was very grainy and the lyrics of songs were really faint and distorted.
This morning I have tried to play music through the walkman software again and now it cannot even find the music.
The strange thing is the music plays normally through the file browser, so I am guessing its a problem with the walkman software.
Any help would be much appreciated.

i'm also having this trouble.
The two buttons at the top of the screen aren't workin either, because when i press them it either says no files or no pictures, and then my phone restarts.
Can anyone please help. I was thinking of doing a master reset ... but i don't know if that would fix the software bug :S?
