Sorry to re-launch a long dead post, but I'm a bit suspicious. I feel guilty for filling you're forum up with my problems, but you're the only guys who I know who can help!
I have found a file system called the following:
- S500_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LY_RED52
From that I know it is for an S500i, the main (part), is CID52 and is generic. However, I can not find an English filesystem. The closest I have got which matches the firmware code is:
- S500_R8BA024_FS_CENT_EUROPE_RED52
I got this from

which was posted on another Esato post I found (the website link). So I take it that it will be OK. However, I'm concerned abut the "CENT" and no "GENERIC". Does this mean it will be in Czech, or will it have an English language option for it? I don't want to mess up the phone with a foreign language!
If this is the case, can someone find one on my behalf because, for the life of me, I can not, no matter where I look on Google or on the Esato boards...

they should be compatible seeing as i flashed a 3 branded main and generic FS to a k800i.
to my amazement, it updated via SEUS
