AFAIK video calls are counted towards your inclusive minutes. I just got a new contract with O2 Online and when I checked my account the other day I noticed I'd used 10 minutes of my 400 inclusive minutes and the only call I'd placed on the new contract was a video call to my mate just to test it out!
So I am pretty sure it comes out of your bundled minutes.
