i need your advice on which is the best program to use to make flash menu's
then hopefuly ill get the hang of it then ill be sending all you guys my custom menu's

Well, for making the flash based part of the menu I would really advise (Adobe) Macromedia Flash 8 or Flash CS3 - seems the logical choice to me
