Over the W580i the W910i has 3G, bigger screen and more memory. The hardware of the phone is completely different.

Well, to start with it has 3G / HSDPA, which would make the firmware not work on the w580 afaik. Also it generally has more updated hardware.

Yeah, A200 is a totally different platform and simply wouldnt work with A100 based handsets - yet another reason why it isnt possible to flash w580 to w910
