Hi to all
Somebody has changed my User password on this option and now i cant call anybody bcz i cant unlock that option, so can anybody help me or give me some software that i can get in the SIM with DCU 60 to reset user codes.
this is the path
Settings > Calls > Manage calls > Restrict Calls > All Outgoing > Deactivate > ERROR !!!Wrong Password.

I think you'll need to take the phone to your nearest service provider centre, cuz only they can unlock it for you.
I may be wrong though, so just wait around to see if anyone else can help out
