Absolutely yes! and btw, UIQ platform has more edge in Java Capabilities as far as the accessibilities are concerned - All UIQ 3 phones's Java VM were based on CDC Profile which is much more superior than CLDC which is found on S40,S60 and A100/A200 platforms
CDC provides much better or i should say superior Java access to hardware system as well as the operating system than CLDC. although not much people were aware about his kind of JAVA capability on UIQ.
