hi i am trying to make flash menu's i am using adobe flash CS3 proffesional but i havent a clue how to use it, do i have to download templates to make menu's, is there a tutorial on making flash menu's with this program?

thanks for the help but that just shows you how to make a .thm file to fit a .swf file which i already now, but i want to now how to make the actual flash menu the .swf file if you now what i mean?
