this is my 1st time using my p990 to connect to my laptop....tryin to send a video why does it keep sayin connection failed?

any help would be appreciated

ok i got the video but it wont play....which player works with mp4?

i tried quicktime but wont open and windows media player only supports sound but not video

Try nero showtime, which comes with nero burning rom,if u have installed one

If the mp4 won't work with quikctime then it's been encoded badly, or your quicktime is outdated.


Anyway, just download VLC player. That will play any and every format

Do you use Bluetooth? If so, try USB instead and set the P990i to file mode. This will make the phone appear as a memory stick. Much faster than Bluetooth!

lol my laptop is brand new and i just installed all new players

and i downloaded VLC the video played but no sound
