Hello everyone.

Just recently I have recieved my MBW-150 bluetooth watch (in my case to Music Edition). Basically I would like to express my opinions about this product. Hopefully it will help clarify any doubts for people who are potentially interested in buying it.

My first impression on opening the box and taking the watch out was that it was way prettier than many photos implied, having that nice "glimmer". The watch at first does seem a little big... but trust me that it will soon fade away as you try it on. It looks nice, and the size doesn´t appear exagerated after all. It takes getting used to (5 minutes, haha). Pairing it to my SE W610 was simple and quick. The OLED display is in a cool orange tone, and is very clear. All the buttons and menu options are easy to dominate and having a brief look of the user manual is more than enough to understand it all. As all the specs from SE say, it can be used to control the volume and track playback seemlessly. A cool feature is that being able to check the phones date and time on the watch itself... and the battery status of the MBW-150. Another neat feature that I like very much, is being able to see the track name of the song currently being played (when playback is started or when track is changed). The vibration function is helpful and is discreet to others, allowing you to never miss a call. The name of the incoming caller pops up when called, and if the caller is NOT in your phonebook, his/her number shows up instead.

My dad bought the MBW-100. Definitely more elegant and classy (for the business type). It weighs more, because it has a metallic strap instead of a polyurethane one. The ONLY TWO TECHNICAL DIFFERENCES compared to the MBW-150 models, is that the MBW-100 doesn´t allow you to see the track name on the OLED display and that there is no "previous track" switch... you can only skip forward. The latter is no big deal, since it is not that necessary (unless you passed up a song accidentally and want to go back). By the way, my dad uses his MBW-100 with his SE P1i.

Another quick note for those interested is that it works perfectly in conjunction with my Bluetooth Stereo headphones (for music), and shows no interference whatsoever. I could see the track names on the watch, listen to music on the BT headphones, and use either one of the music/volume controls on both sets... NO PROBLEM, that is GREAT!!
Also when using the radio of my W610, I was able to fiddle with the volume, and use to SCAN feature with the track keys of my watch.

I´ll try to post pics if you guys find it alright.

If you have any questions, I will gladly try to answer them. So far I have used it for 1 day (so no confirmation yet about the battery´s stamina)

Take care everyone!!

I surely do recommend it!! It´s great and works perfectly. And in my opinion it looks like any other flashy watch, and not no technofreak gadget. It´s an awesome buy.

Oh...for the curious... I bought my watch for 239€ in Spain. That comes out to $343 or 173 British pounds. I think that it is a more than reasonable price. Take into account that normal watches already cost more than 200€ with no special feature (I´m talking nice looking ones, but nothing special)

My dad´s MBW-100 was purchased for 249€ ($357 / 180GBP)
